David Little

Born and raised in tiny Telephone, Texas, David came to Dallas with not much more than a suitcase and a dream. Forty years later, he has built a highly successful commercial real estate company that has handled many of the area's most significant real estate transactions and is highly regarded by investment, business and real estate professionals alike.

David's vast real estate expertise and experience have gained him a well-deserved reputation as one of Texas' leading real estate experts. His work ethic, reliability and integrity are legendary. Knowledge and dedication are the primary values that have driven the success of the company that bears his name.

Not only does David know Texas real estate like no one else, but Texas real estate knows him. He is well-known in the business community for his professional expertise and for his civic involvement. David is a past recipient of the Stemmons Service Award; the most prestigious award in the industry that honors both real estate production and community and industry service and was later awarded the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtor’s Lifetime Service Award. Countless transactions have relied on his skill and proficiency.

As they say in these parts, “When you know Little, you know a lot”.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, David spent seven years with Ford Motor Company as Field Manager where he coordinated planning, sales and real estate activities for the Dallas District Sales office.
